Hello and Welcome to Heart of the Feminine!

I’m Luciana Foster, but my friends call me Lua. I’m a Holistic & Shamanic Practitioner, Facilitator, and Energy Worker - Reiki Practitioner & Master, and Transference Healing® Advanced Practitioner.

I became curious about the metaphysical world in childhood, surrounded by people from many different spiritual and religious backgrounds. In my early 20s, I began experimenting with energy work, became a Reiki Practitioner, and attended my first Mystery School in 2004, but there was still something I couldn’t quite see.

As women, we’ve been deeply disconnected from the Feminine Principle, our natural feminine wisdom, Mother Earth, and our own womb space and consciousness. Through my own womb awakening and healing journey, I began to walk a deeper path, moving through cycles of death and rebirth, peeling back layers, and shedding the illusions we’ve all been conditioned to live with.

I created Heart of the Feminine as a space for women to reconnect to their hearts, step into the power and innate wisdom of their womb and cycle, and create a life that reflects their deepest, innermost self. My work supports women in reconnecting with their inner wise woman, holding space for what arises, and integrating that wisdom into everyday life. When the heart and womb are awakened, honored, and tended, life begins to flow and unfold as it was always meant to.

The Ever- Unfolding Path

It all began with Usui Reiki in 2002, and throughout the years I have immersed myself in Celtic and Andean shamanism, druidry, Indigenous mentorship and teachings, Kabbalah, ancient feminine herstory and mysteries, and menstrual cycle awareness and practices, always following the call to dive deeper into the heart, womb, soul, and feminine embodiment. I have taken countless workshops and retreats, and along the way I’ve completed formal training and certifications, including:
